The room felt much nicer than i thought it would be. It was very clean.
The check-in process was not smooth at all. our room was not properly set up for my child, and we had to wait almost an hour. no one gave us updates during that time. The reception staff apologized and said the system made a mistake.

The pancake machine at breakfast delighted my child. Car parking had good availability.
The room walls seemed thin. I heard everything from neighbors (it was quite disturbing). I kept waiting for check-in since my room wasn't ready at the stated time. A complimentary drink would have been nice after my journey, but nothing was offered.

I noticed plentiful, safe parking spaces at the hotel. The bar was small but very efficient. All staff were fantastic and very helpful, i must say. The room had blackout curtains and functioning air conditioning.

The room was surprisingly quiet. I appreciated the blackout curtains and the a/c. Lots of safe parking was AVAILABLE. The little bar was also a NICE touch.
Check-in was at 3 pm. I arrived at 3:20 pm. The room wasn't ready, and I waited. I booked a travel cot. When I went in the room, there wasn't one. I had to ask three times for it.
